All vetsak products come with a 5-year warranty.

If a product is claimed under warranty, the affected part must be returned to us so that we can assess the damage — in some cases in collaboration with the manufacturer. We will provide a return shipping label for this purpose.

Please note:

Retailers are responsible for handling the entire claim process and communication with their end customers.

This applies even if there is no longer an active partnership between the retailer and vetsak.

To process any claim, please provide

- the order number

- a description of the defect

- pictures or a video of the defect
